This program is reserved for athletes that are willing to dedicate themselves to an pursuit of excellence in government recognized Olympic Taekwondo competition. Phoenix Taekwondo Martial Arts Academy competes anywhere from local to international events. This program is the only school in the Ottawa region that has produced a large group of Provincial, National and International Champions in Olympic Taekwondo making our sparring programs are the only programs of its kind in the area. We are a member of the World Taekwondo Federation which is officially recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Recreation and the International Olympic Committee. The World Taekwondo Federation is the only government recognized Association for Taekwondo in Canada and only member of this Federation are eligible for the Olympic Games.
